Cowculator — no-code interactive calculator builder

Cowculator is a no‑code builder for interactive calculators. You create calculators for preliminary estimates (price, timelines, scope of work), share them via link, embed on your website via an iFrame, or place a QR; and, when needed, add a contact form.

You can start in two ways: “Create New” (templates) or “Create with AI” (a prompt‑based draft). Then you edit fields, formulas, theme, and publish. Learn more about creating calculators here.

Cowculator’s goal is to turn complex brief forms into a clear “estimate → quick action”: get a range and leave a contact for clarification.

In Cowculator you can start with ready‑made templates, build a calculator from scratch, or use AI generation (beta). Describe your service, fields, and logic in a prompt — you’ll get a draft structure that’s easy to refine in the editor. This helps you move quickly from idea to working prototype without a developer.

Show different images depending on selected options (visualization) so users instantly see the effect of their choices. The formula field supports two modes: standard calculations and a “Conditional mode” (if / else if / else / and / or) for scenarios where the price/result changes based on conditions.

Advanced branding lets you add a logo and adjust the color scheme to match your brand. You control the look of buttons, headings, and accents so the calculator feels native on your site and in embeds.

With Cowculator you can store and process leads — the built‑in list displays form data together with calculation data. You can also enable Email notifications and Telegram notifications about new submissions so your team responds on time.

When needed, you can export leads to CSV for your CRM or spreadsheets. Deeplinks with prefilled fields let you create multiple versions of the same calculator under separate URLs — useful for A/B campaigns, partner links, or quick demos.

Find the embed code and publish settings in the “Publish/Share” section of the editor.

1. You can create, configure, and place a contact form so your client can submit a request immediately.
2. To enable the form, a Privacy Policy (URL or file) is required.
3. After saving, the “Enable form” switch becomes active.

The requirement for a Privacy Policy is based on GDPR (Art. 13): users must be informed about data processing.
